Clay Sculpting Tools

This well-made set of clay and pottery tools is great for all of the clays we sell at KidsArt. Find shaping tools of different shapes and sizes, wire tools for cutting and working clay, a sponge to wet and smooth the surface of some clays as they’re worked. Use these tools also with traditional earthenware pottery clay…a wonderful sculpting clay for children.  Don’t bother to kiln fire the pieces – just let kid made sculptures air dry then place them out in the garden to slowly return to the earth as they weather.  Check with your local college bookstore or ceramics and pottery shops in your area to find this wonderful material.
