Paper Soldiers of the Civil War

The history of the American Civil War is reflected in the uniforms and weapons of soldiers of the era – the armies and regiments of the Union and the Confederacy.  Paper soldiers add fun and imagination to history in this detailed color-and-cut-out book from Bellerophon. The illustrated characters are historically correct to exacting detail, and each is annotated with information about the era, the regiment, and the soldier himself. Kids color the illustrations (colored pencils work great for this, or fine tip markers) with realistic color schemes, then cut out the figures and fold them.
