Sculpey III clay is an innovative new art material used to create amazingly detailed sculptures, jewelry, models and crafts. It comes in brightly colored blocks, ready to be softened and shaped. (Squeezing and working the clay to perfectly soft pliability can be difficult for younger kids...they'll appreciate your help.)

This clay will stay soft and reusable until you bake it in a kitchen over or toaster oven at 275 degrees (130 degrees C) for 15 - 30 minutes, depending on the size of your piece. If not baked, Sculpey clay can be used again and again, much like traditional non-drying plasticine clay.

Once baked, Sculpey III turns into a durable, brightly-colored plastic-like material. No painting is needed. The colored clayscan be blended together to create new colors, marbeled patterns, and combined into fantastic designs. Create unique textures. Imbed jewels and other small objects. Shape a garden of tiny, perfect flowers. Make hundreds of different jewelry beads...crazy kitchen magnets...tiny faces and hands for dolls and puppets...button "covers"...holiday ornaments...small animals and models...etc. This clay is incredible.
